Unless there’s a really great basketball game to be caught, Adele makes public appearances about as often as she releases albums. However, we got a nice holiday surprise last week, when the British crooner was seen on a rare outing with her fiancé, Rich Paul, and their respective children.

The blended family was spotted on Friday leaving a holiday party at the Sunset Tower hotel in West Hollywood, where the “Hello” singer looked quite cozy in her festive, luxury look.

Up top, Adele layered a white button-up underneath a scarlet sweater from Jacquemus, an eye-popping wool and cashmere polo that featured balloon sleeves, a seamed yoke, a ribbed bottom hem, and a four-button placket.

She layered these tops with a pair of black slacks, while accessorizing with an equally-festive, rare handbag.

The bag in question was a 2020 black velvet, CC pouch bag from Chanel, which was embroidered with red and green Gripoix jewels and featured a kiss-lock closure made of golden hardware (one of these clutches last sold on Sotheby’s for $6,5o0).

Speaking of 2020, Adele also brought to mind pandemic vibes with her black disposable face mask, which matched her slacks and rounded out the ensemble.

Paul, meanwhile, chose a black round-neck sweater, which he layered underneath an inky leather bomber with bright red details along the cuffs and collar that brought another festive touch. He accessorized his look with a black baseball cap and a diamond tennis necklace that laid across his chest.

Whenever Adele does emerge, she either gives us hits to last a lifetime, or enviable wardrobe staples to add to our must-buy list.
