Dermot Mulroney and Prima Apollinaare submitted a filing on Jan. 16 indicating they have settled their divorce outside of court
The pair reached a written agreement through mediation, per docs obtained by PEOPLE

Dermot Mulroney and Prima Apollinaare have come to an agreement in their divorce proceedings.
The actor, 62, filed a declaration for an uncontested dissolution of the marriage on Friday, Jan. 16, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. The filing reveals that the couple reached a settlement through mediation outside of court.
Although the terms of their written agreement were not specified, Mulroney, who is representing himself, indicates that it addresses payment of attorneys' fees, spousal and child support, as well as custody and visitation matters regarding their two daughters: Mabel Ray, 17, and Sally June, 15.
Once a judge signs off, the divorce will be finalized.

Mulroney filed for divorce in June 2025 after 15 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences and listing the date of separation as “TBD.” In the initial filing, he asked that he and Apollinaare split attorneys' fees and that they share joint physical and legal custody of their minor children.
However, a source told PEOPLE at the time, "No one is asking for anything, and no one is denying anything. They are not arguing over the children nor money."
"They used mediators, not lawyers, as they are friends and this is amicable," the insider added. "They were advised to file this way."
Mulroney and Apollinaare started dating in 2008 and welcomed their first daughter later that year. They had their second daughter shortly after, and officially tied the knot in December 2010.
In addition to their daughters, Mulroney also has a son, Clyde Keener Mulroney, from his first marriage to actress Catherine Keener.

Apollinaare is a singer-songwriter, and she and Mulroney first bonded over their shared love for music — along with acting, Mulroney is a professional cellist with credits in movies such as Planet of the Apes and the Mission: Impossible franchise.
Born Tharita Cutulle, Apollinaare changed her name in 2015 for unknown reasons. She is originally from Italy, and although she hasn't shared much about her childhood, she has said that music was always her passion.
"[I] got into music since I was born," the songstress told the music label Lost in the Manor in 2023. "My mom is a singer. My dad played trumpet and piano."
She and Mulroney have also worked together on some of his film projects. In 2010, Apollinaare was listed as one of his producing partners for a biopic he was set to direct, per the (via The Hollywood Reporter).
